While Of Course! Digital & AI LLC strives for customer satisfaction across all our offerings, different types of programs require different refund structures due to their nature. Please note that specific live cohorts, intensives, or high-ticket programs may have distinct refund policies clearly stated at their point of sale (checkout page). Those program-specific policies supersede the general terms below.

Specific Policy for Live Intensives with Limited Seating: Due to the live nature of these programs and strictly limited seating capacity, registration fees for Live Intensives reserve a scarce spot and remove it from inventory. Therefore, all sales for Live Intensives are final and non-refundable upon purchase if a client chooses not to attend. However, in the unlikely event that Of Course AI cancels the program entirely for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full 100% refund.

All sales of our digital courses are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital course purchases. This policy is in place due to the nature of digital products, which can be accessed and downloaded immediately upon purchase.

Our consulting services, including in-person sessions, are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for these services once they have been booked and confirmed.

All sales for our visual design services are final. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for these services once the work has commenced.

Our custom GPT building services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for these services once the project has been initiated.

All sales for our AI analysis services are final. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for these services once the analysis has begun.

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that extraordinary circumstances may arise. In such cases, we reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Extraordinary circumstances that may warrant consideration for a refund include, but are not limited to:

• Technical issues on our end that prevent access to purchased digital content for an extended period (more than 120 hours)
• Non-delivery of a promised service due to circumstances within our control

2. Any exceptions made do not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions or for other customers.
